• Package #1: Sound Only, Minimum 3 hours - Cost $300
• Package #2: Sound and Lights, Minimum 3 hours - Cost $389
  
• Package #3: The Ultimate, Minimum 3 hours - Cost $549
  

• Travel - Cost $50.00
  
• Bubbles or Extra Lights
  
• Extra Hour (4th hour) - Cost $125
  
• Extra Time (Beyond 4 hours, If DJ is able - Cost: $150 per hour

DJ Requirements:

• One six or eight foot table & 2 or 3 separate circuits (110 volts).
• Non-Refundable $50 down due 30 days before event.
• DJ requires 2 hours set up time & 1 hour load-out time at no cost to you.
• Employer accepts all liability for guests and for equipment before, during and after performance. 

Disclaimer:

Music & More DJ's reserve the right to substitute a DJ in cases of emergency, illness, or extenuating circumstances. 

Music & More shall not be liable for any damage/losses due to "acts of God" or events outside it's control.  If this agreement is breached, damages shall not exceed the amount due under this agreement.  Client agrees to assume responsibility for any negligent damages or losses to company property incurred during booking engagement. 

Deposits are non-refundable.  Returned of NSF checks subject to $50 charge.  Late payment subject to interest charge.  Cancellation one week before event half of total price, day of event full price.
